Returns and exchanges

Although we select our products on quality, test the lamps extensively and pack your order carefully, it may happen that you receive the wrong product or a lamp gives up. In this case, you can return your order. The guarantee period is 1 year, you can still exchange it for a new one. On this page you will find more information about the returns & exchanges.

How to send your product back

After consulting customer service you will receive a return form which should be added to the package that u send back.

Send your package back to the return address which you can find on the return form.

  1. U receive confirmation

You will receive a message when your return package has arrived.  

  1. We investigate

We will inform you a.s.a.p. about the status of your return package.

  1. U receive another update

If you have opted for a replacement product, you will receive an automatic message with Track & Trace code when the new products are shipped. If you have opted for a refund of the purchase price, you will receive the purchase price + any expenses within 5 working days on your bank account.  

Return conditions

14 days trial period

According to the law on distance selling in the Netherlands you always have 14 working days to return (part of) your order without giving any reason. The trial period starts when you receive your order. You are entitled to replacement products or refund of your purchase price. We stick to this period and conditions. In addition, the products must be in the original packaging and undamaged. Returns within the trial period are at the expense of the customer.

1-year repair guarantee

All our products without a manufacturer’s warranty carry a one-year exchange warranty. Within the exchange guarantee period, you can have a defective product repaired. Returns within the warranty period are at the expense of the customer.

After approval of your return, the amount will be transferred to your account within 5 working days. We will payout to the account wich u payed with for the order.

Normally we always keep a few pieces in stock, even if the product is discontinued. If it does happen, you can exchange it for a similar lamp of your choice.

If your return is rejected, you will receive a message with the reason. You can have the package sent back by us at your own expense.

Within the trial period you can return (part of) your order without giving a reason. Within the warranty period, it is best to contact us before sending the package back.

You can indicate this on the return form. Or let us know via e-mail.

You can find our return address on the return form. Do not send the return to our registered office address or the address mentioned on the original package.

In case of a mistake on our side you will always get a refund of the expenses made. For example in case of the wrong advice or wrong delivery of products. In all other cases, the costs of a return are at your own expense.

Make sure that your return is always reported according to the steps above. It is important that your order is still within the approval or guarantee period. In addition, only returns with a fully and truthfully completed return form will be processed.
